Eugene Charles Wood, "Gene "Ace" Wood, 85, of Keifer, passed away Sunday, November 29, 2020. He was born in Tulsa County to Charley and Bessie Wood. Ace was an iron worker/welder and enjoyed welding and meeting at the cafe with his friends. He is survived by his children, John Wood of Talala, OK, Wesley Wood of Turley, OK, Victoria Wood-Lunsford and husband Mark of Keifer, OK and Melissa Suszczynski and husband Sam of Tulsa, OK; fifteen grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; his brother, Dewey Wood; and his sister, Arlene Scroggins. Ace was preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 57 years, Rosalee Wood; daughters, Janet K. Mitchell and Carla Danderson; son, Hubert Angelo Wood; his sister, Maxine Branham; brothers, Sonny and Tony Wood.
