Eunice "Bunny" Ballew, 94. Of Tulsa died Thursday, March 22, 2018 in Tulsa. She was born on July 3, 1923 in Gouldbusk, TX to Elmer L. and Vina VanPelt Jennings. She married the now late James A. Baller, Sr. on May 5, 1943 at Culver City, CA.
Mrs. Ballew was a member of the former Glenhaven Free Methodist Church and worked as a "Rosie the Riveter" during WW II. She owned and operated a laundromat for many years.
Bunny is survived by a daughter, Vanessa G. (Jeff) Pry; a son, James A. Ballew, Jr.; 2 granddaughters, Aubrey (C. J.) Brock; Olivia (Jarred) Haines; 2 great granddaughters, Paisley Brock and Emilee Haines' several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Viewing will be from 10:00 AM until 8:00 PM on Sunday at Moore's Southlawn Chapel, 9350 E. 51st St., Tulsa, OK 74145. A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 26th at 2:00 PM at the funeral home.
