Eva Jean Phillips Howard born June 20th 1947 to Fred Calvin Phillips and Doris Jean Call Phillips in Porum OK. She graduated from Muskogee High School in 1965 and then married Joseph Larry Howard. They had Jeannean Lyn in 1967, and Elizabeth Ann in 1970. A devoted wife, dedicated mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and one who loved everyone she built relationships with. Ultimately, an individual that desired nothing more than to share God's love with everyone she encountered.

She is survived by her dear husband, Larry; daughters, Jeanne Miller (Mike) and Beth Rampelberg; five grandchildren, Aubrey, Kat, Jake, Dorn and Jack; two great grandchildren and so many loving family and friends that are too numerous to count.

Memorial Service will be 10AM, Saturday, December 28, 2019 at Cedar Ridge Christian Church, 4010 W New Orleans St, Broken Arrow, OK 74011, (918) 254-0621
