Evelyn Butefish's Obituary
BUTEFISH, Evelyn Alpha (Miller) Butefish, 93, homemaker, passed away Monday, July 11, 2016 at the Country Club of Woodland Hills in Tulsa.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jackson C. Butefish; sisters, Ruth Elsie Miller and Dorothy Grace Murry. She is survived by two brothers, Charles C. Miller and William Richard Miller, Jr.; sons, Michael L. Butefish and wife, Betty F. Butefish, Richard L. Butefish and wife, Gina K. Butefish; grandchildren, Shelly Kuhn and RJ Butefish; six great-grandchildren; and many family and friends.
Evelyn was a member of John Calvin Presbyterian Church. An avid sports fan and traveler, she and Jack visited all 50 states and numerous major league baseball events.
Evelyn was a child, sister, bride, wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother that was full of life and touched and enriched her family and friends. We will always cherish the memories we shared with her.
Visitation will be 5-7PM, Thursday, July 14, 2016 at Moore's Southlawn, 9350 E. 51st, Tulsa, OK. Service will be 2:00 P.M., Friday, July 15, 2016 at Moore's Southlawn Chapel. Moore's Southlawn 918-663-2233 share memories at www.moorefuneral.com
