Evelyn Jeanette (Gebhard) Wilbins, 93, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 5th, 2018 in Tulsa, OK. She was born on March 21, 1925 to Alvin George and Elsie Hogge Gebhard. She was a nurse and dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her sister and her husband of 61 years, Richard G. "Rich" Wilbins. She is survived by their four children; Rick Wilbins, Mike Wilbins, Peggy Wolf, and Vicki Davis, thirteen grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

She was a devout Christian and loved Jesus with all her heart. She loved to sing hymns and pray diligently for others. She was a member of the Kirk Klassic Line Dancers, a loyal Ben Carson fan, and a pool shark. She loved flowers, ladybugs, animals, and her Christmas candies. She believed she was never fully dressed without her earrings and her high heels. She was an early adopter of healthy eating which included an affection for ginseng. Her sense of humor and quick whit made those around her smile and laugh. Evelyn was loved by all and will be dearly missed.

In lieu of flowers, please send a hand-written note to a loved one as Evelyn did for many, many years. Her legacy of beauty and strength will live on, but she is not dead, she is more alive than ever with Her Lord Jesus Christ.
