Everett Raymond Bennett, Jr, of Sapulpa, Oklahoma, passed away April 17th, 2023, at the age of 63. He was born November 3, 1959 in Tulsa, Okla., to Everett and Mattie Sue Bennett. Everett graduated from Edison High School, studied at Oklahoma State University, and went on to receive a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science from the University of Oklahoma in 1982. He earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa, College of Law in 1985. He began his career practicing law at the firm Frasier, Frasier & Hickman, where he became a partner and remained there until 2010 when he opened his own practice. Everett was a dedicated trial attorney, who loved every aspect of practicing law. He retired from practice in 2016, after suffering a head injury, and devoted his time to family and friends, being outdoors, traveling and exploring new hobbies. Everett had an excellent sense of humor, was always telling jokes and making people smile. He was an excellent listener, advice giver and a constant shoulder to lean on. He was loved deeply by his family and his presence here will be greatly missed.

Stepsons, Christian Borland, Matthew Borland, and Austin Chase Borland, of Sapulpa, OK;
Mother, Mattie Sue Bennett of Tulsa, OK.;
Brother, Rodney Bennett and his wife Nikki of Jenks, OK.;
Grandchildren, Michael, John, Jeremiah, Jace, Linda, Ava, and Alden;
Everett was predeceased by his father Everett R. Bennett, Sr. of Tulsa, OK.
