Leon Boggs
Leon was born August 6, 1951 and went to be with the Lord on March 30, 2017.
He grew up in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and graduated from Broken Arrow High School in 1969. He graduated from St. John's Lutheran College in Winfield, Kansas and Concordia Seminary in Exile in St. Louis, Missouri.
Among the gifts Leon gave to us in his lifetime include choir director, District Registrar for Tulsa Public Schools, active in Barber Shop Chorus and volunteering at Broken Arrow Neighbors. He was a long time member of German American Society and was serving as President at the time of his death. One of his greatest joys was directing the Tulsa All Lutheran Messiah for 25 years and being a member of Christ the Redeemer Lutheran Church.
He is survived by his wife, Donna, brothers and sister, Wayne, David and Sandra, and many family and friends.
