Obituary
F. O. "Buddy" Farris, 93, of Newport News, VA, passed away Sunday, February 27, 2022. He was born March 8, 1928, in Timbo, AR, to Ulis and Flossie Farris. Buddy served in the Army during the Korean War and had worked as master machinist for Badger Meter Co. He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Gary and Teri Farris of Newport News, VA; his grandchildren, Gary Farris, Jr., Steven Farris, Jonathan Farris and Daniel Farris. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Beverly Farris; his siblings, Conward Farris, Lonnie Farris, Mae Wallace and Jenina Henderson.
