Shoemaker (Fowler), Felicia Rae, 55, died Tuesday, November 17, 2015, at her home in Plano, TX. Felicia was born in Orlando, FL, February 25, 1960, to Alonzo Ronald & Shirley Tate Fowler.

Felicia had a successful career in the wine industry as a National Representative. She married the love of her life, James Shoemaker and they were married in June 2012. James unexpectedly died just two years later.

Felicia is survived by her mother, Shirley Tate Quintero of Carrollton, TX., her brothers: Scott Ronald Fowler, Tulsa, OK., Trent Raymond Fowler, his wife, Mercedes Millberry-Fowler, Tulsa, OK. Felicia is preceded in death by her father and her husband.

Viewing will be 10AM to 8PM, Monday, November 23, 2015 at Moore's Southlawn. A celebration of both lives, James & Felicia Shoemaker, will be 2:00 pm, Tuesday, November 24, 2015, Moore's Southlawn Chapel, 9350 East 51st St., Tulsa, OK 74145, with interment following at Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, friends may contribute to American Cancer Society.
