Felicity Dobbs (Liz) 33, of Tulsa, OK, died peacefully at home following a valiant battle with stage 4 colon cancer on Tuesday, June 6, 2023.

She was born October 16, 1989 in Wichita, Kansas to Steven Edward Dobbs and Mary Katherine (Katie) Shields Dobbs. She lived in Wichita, KS, Port Charlotte, FL and Tulsa, OK where she attended Metro Christian Academy and graduated with honors. She attended SMU on an engineering scholarship, then transferred to Oklahoma State University, Stillwater, OK where she graduated with a Bachelor of Computer Science degree in 2013. She was employed by DXC Technology (Tulsa) as a Senior Computer Operator for 10 years. She was a valued employee with the zOS team where she will be missed.

Survivors include: parents Steve and Katie Dobbs, brother Clayton Dobbs, his wife Laura and son Leo of Yakima, WA. Birth mother, Tracie Huff of Wichita, KS. Boyfriend, Christopher Forthman of Tulsa, OK. Aunts and Uncles: Bruce and Sue White, Arlington, TX, Fred and Makiko Shields, Japan and Cindy and Paul Hons, Frisco, TX. Cousins: Brandon and Elizabeth White and their children Keirra Lin, Emma and Nate, Arlington, TX. Clarke and Allie White, Dallas, TX. Victoria Shields, Seattle, WA and Christopher Shields, Spokane, WA.

Preceded in death by grandparents: Dr. Allen and Cissie Shields and Jesse and Elzada Dobbs.

Services will be held at 11AM, Friday, July 7, 2023 at Life.Church South Tulsa. 7071 E. 121st Street S., Bixby, OK 74008
