FLOREINE AMANDA (PRICE) SPILMAN passed away Friday, March 1, 2013. She was born January 29, 1920 in Humboldt, Kansas to Cora Anna Wagner) Price and Ernest Albert Price. She graduated from Tulsa Central High School and attended two years at University of Tulsa. While at TU, she met Charles F. Spilman and they married on February 1, 1946. Floreine and Charles lived in Tulsa, Oklahoma; Hollywood, Florida;

and Neosho, Missouri; Floreine later moved to Joplin, Missouri. Floreine was for many years an active member of the Joplin First United

Methodist Church and the BT Chapter of the P.E.O. Sisterhood of Neosho;

she was an avid collector and she loved to sing. Floreine moved to Tulsa in 2003 and has resided there since.



Floreine was preceded in death by her father and mother, her brothers, Thomas Eugene Price and Robert Henry Price and her former husband,

Charles F. Spilman.



Floreine is survived by her son, John Thomas Spilman and wife, Jeri of Raceland, Kentucky and their daughters, Brooke Staton and Kimberly

Spilman, her son, Richard Allen Spilman and wife, Mary Ann of Carrolton, Georgia, her sisters Cora Price Briggs of Bartlesville, Oklahoma and Elta

Price Bradford of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and many nieces and nephews

and loving family members.



Memorial Services will be held Tuesday, March 5, 2013 at 2:00 P. M., at the Memorial Park Cemetery Chapel in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
