Frances Elizabeth Brasher, 84, born to Jeff Hugh and Zona Brasher on June 27th, 1939, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, passed away Friday, June 7th, 2024, in Owasso, Oklahoma.

Frances was educated in the Tulsa Public School System and graduated from Central High School in 1957. She was an Administrative Assistant for Mid-Continent Casualty Company. Frances loved going to parks and spending time with family.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two siblings: James Gandy and Alice Vale.

Frances is survived by two siblings: Richard Brasher of Tulsa, OK and Shirley Hendrickson of Balsam Lake, WI; and several nieces and nephews.

Frances will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Viewing will be 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, June 13th at Moore's Memory Chapel 1403 S. Peoria Ave., Tulsa, OK 74120.
Graveside Service will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, June 14th at Rose Hill Memorial Park-Tulsa.
