Frances Ann Budd, 68, passed away Monday, September 14, 2015 in Tulsa, OK. She was born March 13, 1947 to Mason and Anna Bell (Covington) Gilliam in Broken Arrow, OK. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Gary Gilliam.

She was a 1965 graduate of East Central High School. She worked as inside sales for Nameplates, Inc. She loved race horses and her three dogs, Maddie, Maxwell and Maggie. She married Larry Budd on June 10, 1971 in Tulsa.

She is survived by her husband, Larry Budd of the home; sister (cousin), Glenda Ashton (Jim) of Dallas, TX; aunt and uncle, Jean and John Crowell of Tulsa, OK; one niece, Melody and one nephew, Greg; many cousins, children, and grandchildren of Glenda to whom she was known as Grannie Frannie. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Viewing will be Friday, September 18, 2015 from 10:00 A.M. til 8:00 P.M at Moore's Southlawn, 9350 E. 51st, Tulsa, OK.
Services will be also be held 1:00 P.M., Saturday, September 19, 2015 at Moore's Southlawn Chapel.
