Frances passed away Friday, April 7th. She was born October 4th, 1937. She was preceded by her father Thomas Leonard Cox and her mother Lois Grace Love, brother Thomas Donald Cox and brother Jack Dwight Lazar. She was raised in Spiro, OK and graduated from TU in 1959.

She moved to NY where she lived for 50 years. She married William Coast Conkling in 1964. They were married till his death in 2009. She then returned to Tulsa. She had an angelic voice and enjoyed the piano.

She had a large extended family in Tulsa and Connecticut. She was loved by all.

Visitation and viewing will be April 12th at Moore Rosewood Chapel from 5-7. Her graveside service will be April 13th at 10:00 am. at New Hope Cemetery in Spiro, OK.
