Frank W. Parker, 82, passed away on August 23, 2017 at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa, OK. He was born on Feb 26, 1935 in San Bernardino CA, the son of Frank Wilson Parker and Frances Burdell Parker.

He grew up primarily in Gallup N.M., and received a B.S. in civil engineering from the University of New Mexico. He served for 2 1/2 years in the Air Force and spent the rest of his career in the Army Corps of Engineers, from which he retired in Tulsa in 1994.

He was pre-deceased by Patricia, his wife of 35 years, and is survived by son Clay and daughter Carin, as well as step-sons James and Timothy. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the American Cancer Society.
