Skipworth, Jr, Audrin Frank, 76, passed away Saturday, August 11th, 2018 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was born April 22nd, 1942 in Pawhuska, Oklahoma. Frank joined the United States Army after graduating from Pawhuska High School. In 1965, Frank joined the ranks of the Tulsa Police Department working his way up the rank of Lieutenant. Upon his retirement in 1996 from the police department, Frank joined the City of Tulsa's Legal Department and served as a City Prosecutor until his second retirement. Frank was preceded in death by his parents and the love of his life, Alice L. Skipworth.
