Fred Edward Bascom, 86 of Tulsa passed away Sunday, July 8, 2018. He was born May 18, 1932 in Vinton, Iowa to John Franklin and Mildred Elona Bascom. He was a diesel mechanic for the City of Sand Springs. He is survived by numerous family members and friends.
