Freddie Jay Dentis passed June 1, 2023. He was born Feb 9, 194x and lived his entire life in Tulsa. He graduated from Webster High School and worked as a machinist.

Fred was preceded in death by his parents Orval Hazel Dentis and Wanda Zemalema Weems.

Fred spent the last 15 years working as a machinist for Fisher Products until their closing. His work as a highly-skilled machinist began in the 1970's when he started his own manufacturing company.

Fred enjoyed helping other people, had a soft spot for loving animals, enjoyed listening to rock n roll and the blues, and spent many a night at his favorite restaurant Peppers Utica Square with a cold Coors Original.

Fred is survived by his brother, Jerry Dentis and his wife Cathy, along with nieces Angela, Terri, and Amanda. He is also survived by his son Brad Dentis and wife Bobbie Jo, and grandchildren Noah and Walker; daughter Amy Dentis; and daughter Jennifer Laeger and husband John, along with grandchildren Isabella, Lillian, and Hazel.

Memorial Service will be 10:00 A.M., Friday, June 30, 2023 at Moore's Southlawn Chapel, 9350 E. 51st, Tulsa, OK. Moore's Southlawn 918-663-2233
