DISDIER, George M., 86, passed away Tuesday, October 25, 2016 in Tulsa, OK. Born May 26, 1930 in New York City, NY to his parents, Manuel and Estrella Disdier. George was raised in Puerto Rico and came to Tulsa to attend Spartan School of Aviation. George met and married Mavis Blackwell in 1950.

Instead of taking to the air, he got involved in the oil and refined products of the Pipeline Industry, valve sales and service. George worked for General Valve for 26 years. He started his own business in 1985 with his son, Randy Disdier, Disdier General Supply.

He leaves behind his wife, Mavis; three children, Randy, Deidre, and Lisa; six grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.
