GEORGE RUSSELL FOSTER was born in Okemah, OK, June 13, 1927, and passed from this life on October 24, 2021 , at the age of 94.

He is survived by daughter Gail Foster of Broken Arrow, OK, son, Allan Foster of Tulsa. Daughter Christy Francisco and Mike of Claremore, OK. Two grandchildren, Carissa Francisco of Chicago, IL and Chad Francisco and wife Kaitlin of Wellington, KS. Four great-granddaughters, Lila Shae, Sailor Pearl, Ada Loren, Eloise Micah. Brother Frank Foster of Jenks, OK. As well as numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents George C. Foster and Edna Marie Foster, (King) His loving wife LaVerne of 55 years. Sisters Wilma Helscel and husband Frank. Clara Mae (Todd) Fransisco and husband Clyde. Kay Cooper and Husband Ken. Sue Wallace and husband John. Son-in-law Alan Wurtz.

He worked for Skinner Bros Co as a machinist and shop foreman for 40 plus years.

He was an avid golfer, if he wasn't playing, he enjoyed watching it on TV. He was a repairman, Remodeler and General Fix It guy for his children, as they purchased homes he was always available to help. He also enjoyed going to his grandchildren's football and softball games.
