Services for George E. Kroenert, Jr., 45, of 5345 S. 76th E. Ave., Tulsa, OK, an attorney with Shell Oil Co., were held Tuesday, November 14, 1978 at Moore's Eastlawn Funeral Home Chapel, Tulsa, OK. Burial was at Riverview Cemetery in Arkansas City, KS. Mr. Kroenert died of bronchial asthma on Saturday, November 11, 1978, at Okmulgee General Hospital, Okmulgee, OK. He was born on September 14, 1933, in Arkansas City, KS to George Edward Kroenert, Sr. and Elizabeth Billie Boggs Kroenert. George attended the University of Southern Colorado, graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, and received his law degree from the University of Denver Law School. He had been an attorney for Shell Oil Company for 23 years. He was a member of the Oklahoma and American Bar Associations, and the Oklahoma Cattlemens Association. He is survived by his wife, Nancy Velle Brown Kroenert, son, Marc Kroenert, and daughter, Lindy Kroenert, all of the home; son, George E. Kroenert of Stillwater, OK; daughter, Mrs. Kent (Ann) Lawwill of Tulsa, OK; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. George E. Kroenert, Sr. of Pueblo, CO; sister, Mrs. Cynthia Neeley of Denver, CO; and granddaughter, Kenda.
