Georgia was born September 2nd, 1926, in Waurika, Oklahoma to parents Willie Dee and Barto Brooks. Georgia married Charles Russell Keithline Jr in Chickasha, OK, June 1946 and later settled in Tulsa with two children, Charles and Carolyn. In early 1960s, Georgia and husband Charles were founding members of New Haven Methodist Church where she taught Sunday School; in recent years she was member of Christ Church on Harvard. As an associate for various real estate companies, Georgia worked as a Realtor for 50 years receiving many awards and Emeritus status.

A woman of many talents, at different times during her 70+ years in Tulsa, Georgia belonged to Tulsa Garden Club, Tulsa Ladies Auxiliary for Oklahoma Society of Civil Engineers where she served as president 1961-1962, and a business leads group Tulsa Professional Association. An avid bridge player, Georgia belonged to many bridge clubs through the years including long time member and 2003 president of Tout Le Monde Club, and as a member of the American Bridge Club she was a fraction shy of earning her Gold Status.
