Gerald (Jerry) W. Walters, lost his battle with cancer on Friday, December 15, 2017 in Tulsa, OK. Jerry was born August 12, 1954 in Kansas City, MO to Chuck and Frances (O'Connell) Walters who preceded him in death. His brothers Richard and Loran also preceded him in death.

He is survived by his wife Rebecca "Becky" Walters (Lonicker), children Priscilla Walters and Charlie Walters, step-daughters Amy (Rob) Canales and Christy (Chris) White, three grandchildren Clark Canales, Wesley Canales, and Charlotte White. Jerry was the fourth child of ten and is survived by; Theresa (Bob) Goldade, Laura (John) Breitenstein, Anita Goumaz, Charles (Tracy) Walters, Daniela Walters, Regina (Brian) Blackburn, and Cecilia Henderson. Jerry also leaves behind ten nephews, twelve nieces, nine great nephews, and five great nieces.

He attended Wichita Heights High School and graduated from Spartan College of Aeronautics in Tulsa, OK in 1972. He began his career at Brittain Industries Inc. that same year and assumed ownership after the death of his father in 1986. He became a pilot and raised a family while building a stellar reputation as an expert in Brittain flight control systems and general aviation aircraft.

Jerry met Becky in 2002 and they married December 12, 2003. He was so proud to welcome his beautiful grandchildren whom he enjoyed spending time with.
He was loved by many and will be greatly missed by us all.
