Geraldine Marie New Inglett, 86, of Tulsa, passed away peacefully surrounded with God's love and loving family on March 12, 2014.
Geraldine was born in Tulsa to Lee Alexander New and Cecil Eva Anna Allen New on May 22, 1927. Her mother died when she was 4 years old and Gerry was raised by her father until he died when she was 16. She graduated from Will Rogers High School in 1945 and married Raymond Jackson Inglett in 1946. Periodically, Gerry was employed at Smith Brothers Abstract for 66 years and retired at age 83. She enjoyed being employed, genealogy, painting, crosswords, and most importantly, spending time with her family and friends. Gerry was a member of Christview Christian Church.
Geraldine is preceded in death by her parents, her husband and four sisters. Survivors include sons, Jim and wife Nancy, Gerald and wife Carolyn and daughter, Jonnie (Martinez) Inglett; eight grandchildren, Jimmy and Jonathan Inglett, Larry and Raymond Wilson, Melissa Bowman, Manuel Martinez, Alisa and Christopher Inglett; seventeen great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews and other family members.
