Ginger Coletta VanMeter, 78, of Tulsa, OK, died on Wednesday, November 9, 2022. She was born on Friday, February 25, 1944, in Muskogee, OK, to Marvin Coppin and Anna (Wells) Coppin. Coletta was a very creative and a talented floral designer who enjoyed gardening, working crossword puzzles and shopping on QVC. Her greatest joy and pleasure was spending time with her grandchildren.
Coletta is survived by her daughters, Terri Ratcliffe and husband, Forrest of Broken Arrow, OK, and Jami Jennings and husband, Shane of Bixby, OK; grandchildren, Nicole Ratcliffe, Tucker Jennings and wife, McKenzie, and Parker Jennings and wife, Micah; great-granddaughter, Chloe Ratcliffe; brother, Cardell Coppin and wife, Fay Jean of Muskogee, OK; sisters, Maurine Flood and husband, Bob of Muskogee, OK, and Karen Arnold of Muskogee, OK; many cousins, nieces and nephews; and a lifetime of friends.
Coletta was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Paul VanMeter; and sisters, Sheila Chambers and Brenda Coppin.
