Gladys Noreen "Candy" Reisinger, 83, of Owasso, OK passed away November 18, 2025. Candy was born October 30, 1942, in San Antonio, TX to Timothy and Bette Creel (Evans).
After graduating high school Candy worked in various bookkeeping/tax preparing jobs. She married Richard "Skip" Reisinger September 7, 1968, in San Antonio, TX.
Candy was an accomplished oil painter, enjoyed quilting, playing canasta and was a member of Sertoma, Inc and numerous other charitable organizations. She was an avid animal lover, adopted many animals in need and contributed to countless animal protection groups.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Richard "Skip" in 2018, grandson, R.J. Reisinger, brother, Mike Creel and sister, Linda Evans.
Candy is survived by two sons, Russ Reisinger of Tucson, AZ, David Reisinger and wife Sondra of Broken Arrow, OK, daughter, Diana Dee Pugh and husband Cliff of Broken Arrow, OK, five grandchildren, Heather Bowden, Nicolas Reisinger, Gabriel Reisinger, Tyler Pugh, Mikayla Price and husband Lucas, three great grandchildren, Carter Reisinger, Dylan Bowden and Hadley Price.
Funeral: 11:30 am, Monday, November 24, 2025, Moore's Eastlawn Chapel, 1908 S. Memorial Dr., Tulsa, OK.
Interment: 1:30 pm, Monday, November 24, 2025, Ft. Gibson National Cemetery, Ft. Gibson, OK.
