On Thursday, July 15, 2021, Grace A. Beach, loving wife and mother of four children, went to her eternal home in heaven at the age of 91.
Grace was born on July 22, 1929 in Tulsa, OK to Forest and Ida (Casey) Turner. She graduated from Will Rogers High School in 1947. On May 7, 1948, she married Charles L. Beach at the North Lewis Assembly of God. They raised one daughter Karen, and three sons, Steve, Phillip and Tim.
Grace was a passionate follower of Jesus Christ, a faithful member of Memorial Baptist Church and a devoted student to God's Holy Word. In their earlier years, Charles and Grace loved to square dance, loved to travel, and just loved being together. Even after Charles was moved to a memory facility, Grace would visit him most every day. She loved her home at Town Village and served as the welcoming ambassador to new residents.
Grace was preceded in death by her husband, her father, her mother, one brother and two sisters. She is survived by her four children, Karen Johnson (husband Gary), Steve (wife Myling), Phillip (wife Mary) and Tim (wife Teena). She is also survived by four sisters and three brothers. Her grandchildren are Trent Smith (wife Sara, children Mackenna and Troy), Erik Beach (wife Tara, children Maverick and Owen) and Casey Vittetoe (husband Cole, children Elliott and Autumn). She loved her many cousins, nieces and nephews and would not miss a family reunion.
A celebration of Grace's life will be held on Tuesday, July 20, 2021 at Memorial Baptist Church, 2800 S. Yale, at 10:00 a.m. Any family members are welcome to attend her graveside service at Floral Haven at 9:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Oklahoma Baptist Homes for Children in her memory.
