Greg "Speed" Miller, born on March 16, 1950 in Muldrow, OK, passed away peacefully on November 19, 2024 at the age of 74 after a fight against cancer with loved ones at his side. A graduate of Will Rogers High School class of 1968, Greg's life was filled with travel, adventures, family, and friends.

Greg's love for speed started young, as he began racing in his childhood, sparking a lifelong passion for cars, motorcycles and the joy of lake life. His love of racing, and anything that went fast, earned him the nickname "Speed" as a boy, a moniker he went by for the rest of his life. Later in life, after claiming his favorite barstool, he became affectionately known as the 'Mayor of the Town Pump Lounge', a nod to his regular presence, his leadership, and the warmth he brought to everyone who walked in.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Eunice, and leaves behind a family that will forever cherish his memory: his daughter Tishey and her husband Ryan; his beloved grandsons, Grayson and Cooper; his sister, Karen; his uncle, Bill Edwards; and his cousin, Shawn Edwards.

Greg was a man of faith who carried his beliefs in his heart and lived them through his kindness and generosity.

Greg's legacy lives on in the smiles, laughter, and stories he leaves with all who knew him.

A memorial service will be held Saturday December 7th at 2pm at Moore Southlawn, 9350 E 51st Street, Tulsa, OK. A dinner will follow at The Shop, 8226 E 41st Street, Tulsa, OK. There will be a ride to and from the service in his honor.

Rest easy, Speed. May your next ride be as wild and free as you were.
