Harold E. Gregory 94 of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away Monday October 6, 2014.
The viewing will be held at Moore's Funeral Home at 9350 E. 51st on Wednesday the 8th from 5:00 to 7:00 PM. Service will be 2:00 P.M., Thursday, October 9, 2014 at Memorial Park Cemetery Chapel. Pastor Maurice Kissler will be officiating. Burial will follow the funeral at Memorial Park Cemetery.
Harold E. Gregory was born in Granby, Missouri on February 7, 1920 to Ransom and Maggie Ann Gregory. He came to Tulsa in the early 1930's and resided here till his passing. He served during World War II in the Army Air Corps in the 394th BG 584th BS. Upon leaving the service he was hired by Spartan Aircraft and then was hired by American Airlines as an A&P mechanic. He remained with them for 30 years until his retirement.
He graduated from Webster High School and after the war received additional training while working for Spartan Aircraft.
He was married to Carlotta Wallis on February 28, 1942. They have been married 72 years
He is survived by his wife Carlotta M. Gregory of the home, sons Larry Gregory of Collinsville and Carl Gregory of Tulsa, A Granddaughter Lauren Irwin, a Great Grand son Gavin Irwin, and other family and friends.
