Hazel Colburn Dolley, 87, of 8180 S. Quebec Ave., Tulsa, OK, passed away Sunday, December 24, 1978 at Skyline Terrace Nursing Home in Tulsa, OK. She was born on August 8, 1891 in Saint Joseph, MO to Albert S. and Etta Annis Colburn. She was a housewife and married to Stanley Bolle Dolley (died in 1984). Hazel was survived by her husband; daughter, Mrs. Phyllis D. Way and spouse, James of Tulsa, OK; 3 grandchildren; and 1 great-grandchild.
