Helen Ruth Garrigan, 83, of Tulsa, passed away Sunday, March 10, 2013. She was born January 27,1930 in Cliffly, AR to William Luther and Stella Keeling. She was a retired teller for Bank of Oklahoma and a member of Eastwood Baptist Church. She enjoyed working in the church nursery, gardening, was a generous contributor to various charitable organizations with a favorite being Day Spring Villa. Survived by son Michael Garrigan and wife Paula of Owasso, OK, grandchildren Clayton Ballard and his wife Robin, Dustin Ballard and his wife Gloria, great-grandchildren Kaylee, Ryan and Brandir, brothers Ray Keeling and wife Betty of San Bernardino, CA, Bill Keeling of Huntsville, AR, sister Sue King of Huntsville, AR. Preceded in death by brother Lee Keeling, sisters Lucille Summers, Lorene Archer, Margie Starnes and Jean Quarantello. My dearest mother may you rest in peace. One so lovely to look upon yet exceeded by your inner beauty and grace. We love you.
