Henry David Lenox went home to his Heavenly Father on March 8, 2022. He died at home at age 79 surrounded by his devoted family. Dave graduated from Central High, Tulsa, and went on to TU. He worked in the Gulf of Mexico on seismic projects for several years, before moving on to Sunray DX for 20 years. He is joining his mother and father, Mabel and Bill, his son Christopher and all his family and friends who have preceded him including brother-in-law, Barney Hawkins, along with a multitude of cats and dogs who were beloved pets and friends. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Pauline and their devoted daughter and son-in-law, Melissa and Brad Davis and Dave's brothers, Rick and Jim and sister-in-law Norma; their daughter Christie (Derek) and sister-in-law Wendy Gamble, and St. Louis family, Sheila Poole (Rick) nieces Deana (Brian) and Jaime (Nathan), their families and nephew Wes (Brittany) and his family, including Christopher who was named for Dave's son. You loved your pets and the outdoors for woods adventures. Because you spent so much time with your children, their friends became your lifelong friends too. You were an awesome photographer, biker and jack of all trades. We will miss you, but take comfort knowing that you will see your loved ones and be in the presence of your Lord and Savior, Jesus. We will see you soon. Goodbye for now.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Animal Aid Tulsa (where he found Sassy) or Alta Vista Pet Hospital for all the good works done by Dr. Cash, Whitney and the staff.
Service will be Monday, March 14, 2022, 10 a.m. at Moore's Rosewood Chapel.
Burial will be near Christopher in Hulbert, OK.
