McCLOUD, Howard D., 92, passed away Friday, August 25, 2017. Born in Tulsa July 8, 1925, and after graduating from Tulsa Central High, Howard served in the U.S. Air Force during WW2, attaining the rank of Staff Sgt. He became a Lawyer, graduating from OU Law School in 1950 with an honorary membership in the Order of the Coif. He served in a number of corporate legal positions, retiring in 1988 as Vice President and General Counsel of Explorer Pipeline Co.

He is survived by his wife Vera, of 69 years; daughter, Cathleen Early, and sons Marcus, Bill and Tom; 8 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Howard was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Viva, and brother Paul I.

Visitation will be 6-8 P.M., Monday, August 28, 2017 at Moore's Southlawn, 9350 E. 51st, Tulsa, OK. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, August 29, 2017 at 10:00 A.M., Methodist Manor-Fleming Center, 4134 E. 31st, Tulsa, OK, with burial at Memorial Park Cemetery.
