Imogene Herron was humble, Christian woman and loving sister, wife, mother and grandmother. She was born at home to Olga and Edgar Langrill in Tahlequah, OK, on January 23, 1943. She is proceeded in death by her parents, two older brothers LZ and Leon Langrill, her older sister Wanda Corn, husband John Herron and her oldest Grandson Eric Peevyhouse. She is survived by an older sister Vera Horn, her younger Sister Mary Velasquez both of Tahlequah, Ok, her two daughters Linda Cary and Cindy Herron and her youngest grandson Ryan Peevyhouse all of Tulsa, Ok, along with numerous nieces and nephews. Imogene or Ima as she was known by her family, was a hard working homemaker always ensuring that her family was well taken care of. She took the phrase family first to heart! She preferred to do without than to let her loved ones do without. As her body and mind started wearing out she became very frustrated and upset because she could no longer take care of her family as she had her entire life. Even though losing her is painful we take great Joy in knowing she is now perfected and happy living in the Glory of GOD and reunited with her beloved husband and grandson! And in the Promise, that those of us she left here, will also be reunited in Heaven because of the Sacrifice of our Precious Jesus Christ!
