Inez Villareal Alarcon Bulman passed from this life into the arms of her loving Savior on February 19, 2017 in Tulsa, OK. Inez was born in French Camp, CA to William and Eleanor Alarcon on September 9, 1949. She was the beloved wife of Barry R. Bulman for more than 50 years, and the cherished mother to Barry D. Bulman and his wife Dawn, Denise Taber and her husband Bobby, and Eli Bulman and his soon-to-be-wife Nicole. Inez's precious daughter, Coledda, preceded her into paradise. She was a loving caretaker to her mother-in-law, Micki, who survives her.

Inez's greatest love in life was to bring joy to children. There were no children more precious to her than her grandchildren, Jacob, Casey, Braxton, and Nathan. They truly meant the world to her and she took pleasure in their every accomplishment. She loved being their Nana! Teaching children gave Inez purpose, and as such she found the perfect vocation as an Elementary Reading Specialist for Union Public Schools. Inez believed with all of her heart that EVERY child could learn.

Inez also loved her role as a sister. She was preceded in death by her big brother "Cool" Phil, whom she adored. She is survived by her oldest brother William Alarcon Jr., her two little sisters Cindy and Rose, her Tia Rosa, and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
