Manuel, Irene 89, of Tulsa passed away Monday, May 8th, 2017. She was born April 5, 1928 in Poteau, OK to George and Grace Neeley. She was a homemaker and a member of Victory Christian Center. Irene is survived by her sons, Robert J. Manuel of the Philippines and Sammy Manuel of Tulsa, OK; her grandsons, Robert Anthony Manuel and Brian Joseph Manuel; her sisters, Inez Wilbanks and her husband L.G. of Claremore, OK and Ruth Willis of Pryor, OK. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, R. W. Manuel; her son Ricky William Manuel; her grandson, Steven Manuel; her bothers, Seaman Neeley and Dean Neeley.
