Mrs. Isabel Virginia Casteel, 76, of 1408 S. Sandusky Ave., Tulsa, OK, died of cancer at her home Friday, November 10, 1978. She was Secretary-Treasurer of Central Oklahoma Freight Lines, Inc. Isabel had held the executive post since the freight company was founded by her late husband, Carl G. Castell, in1959. Mr. Casteel died in 1965. Isabel was born on August 20, 1902, in Springfield, MO to Richard Cosby and Mary Mills Cosby, and had been a Tulsa, OK resident since 1956. She is survived by 3 sons, Carl W. Casteel of Madrid, Spain, Air Force Maj. Dwight O. Casteels of Colorado Springs, CO, and Gary B. Casteel of Tulsa, OK, Vice President of Central Oklahoma Freight Lines, Inc.; daughter, Mrs. Carol Blizzard of Newaygo, MI; and 10 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.

Service 10 a.m. Tuesday, November 11, 1978, at Memorial Park Cemetery Chapel, with Interment to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery, Tulsa, OK
