J. Dale Skelton, 75, passed away on Saturday, June 11, 1977, at his residence at University Village, Tulsa, OK. He was born on Tuesday, October 1, 1901, in Montgomery County, Cherryvale, KS, to James Miles Skelton and Donnie (Kime) Skelton. Dale was married to Opal (More) Skelton. He is survived by his wife, Opal, of the home; son, Dale A. Skelton of St. Louis, MO; and a lifetime of friends. Dale will be greatly missed in the days ahead, but his spirit and memories will live on within each of us, because we were privileged to have him in our lives.
