Jack Frost, 87, passed away on Saturday, February 3, 2018 in Tulsa, OK. He was born in Effingham, Illinois April 22, 1930 to Guy and Lenore (McKnelly) Frost. In 1951 he married Ila (Vest) Frost. He is survived by his wife of nearly 67 years; Sister, Jean Patton (Champaign, IL); Daughters: Debe (Jay) Guerra, Austin, TX; Dinah (Robert) Hildebrand, Tulsa, OK; Danae' (Darren) Rumford, Manhattan, KS; Jill (Ken) Smith, Overland Park, KS. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

Jack was an avid golfer who hit 18 holes in one and was featured in Golf World magazine.

Visitation will be Friday, February 9 from 5-7pm. Funeral service Saturday, February 10 at 2pm. Both to be held at Moore Funeral Home--Southlawn Chapel, 9350 E. 51st Street, Tulsa, OK.
