Jack Bushyhead, Jr., 69, of Tulsa passed away, Tuesday, August 13, 2024. He was born January 25, 1955, in Wichita, Kansas, to Jack and Freda Bushyhead. Jack worked as a welder for over 30 years retiring from Exterran and was a member of formerly Crosstown Church of Christ. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and watching movies. Jack is survived by his wife of 50 years, Keita Bushyhead; his children, Joshua Bushyhead of Tulsa, Rachel Bushyhead of Tulsa, Sarah Bushyhead of Broken Arrow and Rebecca Bushyhead of Broken Arrow; five grandchildren, Kaylea Bushyhead, Elijah Bushyhead, Hannah Bushyhead, Payge Foster and Kysun Spencer; his sisters, Louella Crawford, Charlotte and husband Mark Earnest and Sarah Watts and Leona and husband Clyde Forrester his nieces and nephews, Kya, Kara, Chad, Dustin and Ryan. His in-laws Susan Stoops and John and Jo'Deen Wolff and numerous cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Jaxine Gasper and his brothers, Gordon, John and Jess Bushyhead.
