Jack "Jackson" Harris Kelsey, 73, of Tulsa passed away Tuesday, October 17, 2023. He was born August 31, 1950, in Great Bend, KS, to Winton Dale and Billie Charlene Kelsey. Jackson graduated from Pittsburg, KS High School and Tulsa University with his MBA. He was a member of Abiding Harvest United Methodist Church, Broken Arrow. Jackson is survived by his wife of 32 years, Robbie Thames; his siblings, Jonni Ottesen and husband, Robert of Olathe, KS, Connie Taylor and husband, Wayne of Johnston, IA, Kim Richardson and husband, David of Kansas City, MO, Kevin Kelsey and wife, Marty of Golden City, MO and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.

After starting his career at Cities Service in the early 70's, Jackson retired from Citgo Petroleum as the Pricing Manager. He enjoyed his retirement to the fullest with golfing, his lake house, fishing, cooking, bluegrass festivals and Parrot Head celebrations. He was president of the LaFortune-South Lakes Men's Senior Golf Association for over 10 years. Jackson and Robbie became world travelers cruising everywhere and all the time. He loved playing the guitar and banjo. Jackson was a beloved husband, brother, uncle and friend to us, always with a happy smile, a greeting hug, a positive outlook on life and always with his glass half full. He will be remembered with love and will be in our hearts forever.
