Family Graveside at 11:00 A.M., Friday, March 21, 2014 at Memorial Park Cemetery, Tulsa.

Jack is survived by his parents: Harold and Jean Treat, of Afton, Oklahoma. Two sons: Michael Treat of the home and Mark Treat, Dayton, Ohio. Two daughters: Amber Treat and April Treat both of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and four grandchildren.
He is also survived by two sisters: Nancy Spencer of Miami, Oklahoma, and Carol VanDolah of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
