Jack Wise, Jr. was born September 18, 1954 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, passed away April 30, 2014.
Jack is survived by his sons; Robert Wise & wife Jessica and Anthony Wise.
Visitation will be Thursday, May 8, 2014 from 8 am. til 8 pm at Moore's Rosewood Chapel.
Service 2:00 P.M. Friday, May 9, 2014 at Memorial Park Cemetery Chapel.
