Obituary
Jacob Wilson Theis, 25, passed away Sunday, September 11, 2016 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was born on June 5, 1991 in South Korea. Jacob was adopted by loving parents Matthew and Janet (Bellot) Theis.
In 2009 Jacob graduated from Union High School in Tulsa. In 2015 he graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma after studying art. He was a talented artist and was pursuing a career in concept art.
He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Gilbert Bellot.
Jacob is survived by his parents, Matthew and Janet Theis; sister, Sarah Theis; paternal grandparents, John and Barbara Theis; maternal grandmother, Margery Bellot; numerous Aunts, Uncles and Cousins from Illinois and Texas. He will be greatly missed by his family and many friends.
Memorial service: 10:00 a.m. Thursday, September 15, 2016 at St. Paul's United Methodist Church 1442 S. Quaker Ave., Tulsa, OK 74120.
