Jacquelyn Ann Irby passed away on November 15, 2018 at her residence at Montereau Retirement Community, Tulsa, OK. She was born in Waterloo, IA on July 3, 1927 to Wilford L. Sandberg and Leota (Gray) Sandberg.

After graduating High School in IA, she began college studies at Oklahoma A&M (OSU) where she was an active member of Alpha Chi Omega sorority. While there, she met her husband of 69 years, Orel D. Irby. They married in Waterloo, IA September 4, 1949. Jackie spent many years as a homemaker then later worked in several administrative position within the Health Care industry. She also donated many years of volunteer service to local hospitals. She and her husband Orel enjoyed many years of traveling the world together. They also shared a common interested in searching for fine collectibles.

She is survived by her daughter Cheryl Schofield of Columbia, MO (husband Mike), son James Irby of Tulsa (wife Ann), and grandsons Mathew & Sean Schofield and Jack Irby. Preceding her in death were her parents and loving husband.
