September 29th at 4:15 PM, Jim Maness died having suffered a massive heart attack. We will miss him every day for the rest of our lives. Jim believed that we are here on earth to take care of each other. He lived his life that way. He was concerned about strangers on the street, the guy next door, the people he worked with and his kids and grandkids. He was always looking for a way to help them. We will miss his beautiful voice, his booming laugh, and his presence in our home. We love you, Jim.

James "Jim" Edward Maness was born on January 21, 1959 to Edward J. and Jo Anne Maness. He received his Bachelor's degree and worked as a Mechanical Engineer in the Energy field.

He is proceeded in death by his first wife Michelle Therese Maness and his father Edward J. Maness.

He is survived by his wife Allison "Sam" Wilson; son Trent Maness and wife Jessica; daughter Laura Tompkins & husband John; his mother Jo Anne; brother Jeff Maness and wife Jeanette; sister Jan Reynolds and husband Marty; his "other mom" Aggie Rafferty; and two other brothers Dick Rafferty and Pat Rafferty with wife Lanette. step-daughter Ariana Breivik; step-sons Bryce Olmstead and Jared Olmstead; 3 persons who knew him as "Dah" are Tyler Avila, Elias Olmstead, and Grayson Breivik; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and aunts and uncles.

We will say goodbye and celebrate Jim at a rosary 5PM, Sunday at Saint Catherine Catholic Church, 4532 S 25th W Ave, Tulsa, Oklahoma. Funeral service will be 10AM, Monday, October 7th, 2019 at Saint Bernard of Clairvaux Church, 4001 E 101st St, Tulsa, Oklahoma.
