James Lee McCann, Jr. a.k.a. Papa Smurf, 78 years old of Terlton, OK passed away October 18, 2023, in his home. He was born to James and Cecilia on June 28, 1945 in Albuquerque, NM.
Those who knew him best knew him as Papa Smurf. James proudly served in the US military as a Marine. He loved fishing and working on his farm. James would do anything for his family and friends. Our family is grateful to know that Papa is finally at peace.
James is survived by his four children: Desriee, James, Lisa, Pam, and his many grandchildren.
