James R. Porter 53, of Tulsa, OK, passed away April 26, 1975, at St. John Hospital, Tulsa, OK. He was born on January 21, 1922, in Mahala, Oak County, TX, to J. R. Porter, Sr. and Effie Louise (Walker) Porter. He was married to Mary E. (Watts) Porter.
James is survived by his wife Libby; daughters, Doris Siegmann, Houston, TX, and Rhea Porter, Tulsa, OK; sons, James R. Porter, II, and Gary Porter, both of the home.
Service 2 p.m., Tuesday, April 29, 1975, Floral Haven Cemetery Chapel, 6500 S. 129th East Ave., Broken Arrow, OK.
