James Edgar Ruggles, Jr., died February 14, 2017. He was born February 9, 1924 in Alva, Oklahoma to James Edgar, Sr. and Onita Martin Ruggles. Edgar was married August 8, 1949, to Marjorie Grimes Ruggles.
He is survived by four children, Gary, James, Linda Woods, and Marla Hedman; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 5-7 PM, Friday, February 17, 2017 at Moore's Southlawn, 9350 E. 51st, Tulsa, OK. Funeral service will be 10:00 A.M., Saturday, February 18, 2017 at Memorial Park Cemetery Chapel, 5111 S. Memorial Drive, Tulsa, OK with reception to follow.
