On July 9, 2014 James Timmons, 38, of Sapulpa went to be with our Lord after a hard battle with his health over the last 7 years. He was born January 1, 1976 to Bonnie (Brooks) and Jimmy Timmons (deceased) in Tulsa, Oklahoma. James had several passions in life one of which was serving our Lord and wanting to start a motorcycle ministry, with love for God and country. The man that he became was evident with the way he loved life. He was a member of Triumph Church in Glenpool, Oklahoma and the NRA. He was survived by; wife Debbie Timmons of Sapulpa, children Jesse Hutchison, Diana Hutchison and James Timmons, Jr., all also of Sapulpa, mom and dad, Bonnie and Jasper Brooks of Tulsa, grandmother Esther Collins of Tulsa and brothers Jason Timmons of Tulsa, Jimmy Timmons II of Sand Springs and Michael White of Tulsa and sister Patricia Timmons of Tulsa. Also, several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Preceded in death by father Jimmy Timmons, grandma Lovesta Timmons, grandma Shirley Teehee, grandpa Paul Collins, grandparents Clifton and Maxine Brooks and cousin Kagen Futrell. Visitation 3-5 p.m., Sunday July 13, 2014, service 3:00 p.m. Monday, July 14, 2014, both at Moore's Eastlawn Chapel, officiated by Pastor Rob Griffin, final resting place at Sunset Cemetery, Vanceburg, Kentucky.
